Not normally but contact us and we can discuss the options.

Who lives in the house?

The majority of our housemates are young professionals aged 20 – 40 who work in and around Cheltenham and Gloucester.  We have one female only house (98 Fairview Road) and the remaining houses are generally mixed.

Do you do short term lets?

We have a minimum tenancy agreement of 6 months.  In this way we can build up a home for people who enjoy living and working in Cheltenham.  On rare occasions we offer shorter lets for certain occupations and interns.

What if I leave early?

We always require a month and a day’s notice when you decide to leave us.  If you need to leave within the first 6 months, an additional payment will be required.

Do I need references?

Yes, the majority of our referencing is completed in-house, we take previous landlord and current employment references.  You will also be asked to provide three months’ bank statements.
